I would describe ourselves as picky, and here's where we came to appreciate Carlos' patience in driving us around Jersey City and tirelessly showing us property after property. He did not push us for our "umm-maybe" properties, insisting that we wait instead for something that we liked. And that happened - we came across a listing close to where were staying, and Carlos scheduled a showing in no time. At that point, we were working together for 3 months, and he knew immediately that this home was "the one" based on our reactions. He instructed us thru the whole negotiation process and was always reachable for advice and guidance. He did a great job at calming the nerves that come with first-time property buying. His contacts (mortgage agents, attorneys, and property inspectors) were also super helpful, and we used them for our closing.
